How can I make a reservation?

You can make your reservation on our website, where, as a member of The Qlub, you'll also enjoy up to 20% off. If you prefer, you can book by calling the hotel directly or the reservations department.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

If your reservation is flexible and is still within the cancelable period, you can easily modify it using your booking tracking number through your booking intermediary, either our website or another intermediary such as booking. If you are not within the cancelable period or have a non-refundable reservation, you will need to make a special request through your intermediary.

Can I book by phone or only online?

You can book by phone at 689 250 674.

Do you offer refundable and non-refundable rates?

We offer flexible and non-refundable rates. Non-refundable rates are generally cheaper, but require full payment at the time of booking and do not allow free changes or cancellations. Flexible rates allow free changes or cancellations up to one week before arrival; after this date, the first night's stay per room reserved will be automatically charged.

Can I make a reservation without a credit card?

A credit or debit card is required as a guarantee. For flexible reservations, the first night will be charged to the card provided.

Is it possible to book connecting rooms?

Yes, we have connecting rooms in the Pool View (Event) category, subject to limited availability. Please indicate your request in the reservation comments, and we will do our best to accommodate it. For more information, please contact reception at info@hoteleventtarifa.com.

Can I make a reservation for someone else?

Yes, please indicate the name of the person staying in the comments, or make the reservation directly in their name.

Can I pay upon arrival or do I have to pay in advance?

Non-refundable reservations must be paid in full prior to arrival. Flexible reservations must pay the first night one week in advance, and the remainder can be paid upon arrival at the hotel.

Can I make a reservation for a long stay?

Can I receive packages at the hotel?

You may receive packages at no additional cost by informing reception in advance. The hotel is not responsible for their contents.

Breakfast hours are 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, subject to seasonal changes.

The hotel has underground parking for €15 per night, subject to availability. Please request it at reception upon check-in.

Can I request an invoice?

Please request your invoice at reception, providing the required information. We will send it to you or print it, depending on your preference.

We offer yoga sessions during high season and DJ events at the Tarifa Lances Hotel's Sky Bar.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, we have a free luggage storage facility where you can store your luggage before check-in. Please inform the reception staff upon arrival.

Can I reserve a parking space in advance?

Advance reservations for parking are not accepted due to limited availability.

Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

Both options are subject to availability. Please inquire at reception on the day to confirm availability and additional fees.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is included only if your booking specifies ‘bed and breakfast’.

Is there a pool?

The hotel has a pool on the main floor. You can also use the three pools at the Hotel Tarifa Lances.

The Hotel Event offers parking for electric vehicles.

Our underground parking allows vehicles up to 2.53 m high.

Do you provide pool/beach towels?

We offer a free pool towel service, managed with tokens handed in at reception.

Can I leave my car in the parking lot after check-out?

You can leave your car in the garage for several days, by arranging it at reception.

Our breakfast buffet includes additional options from a special menu.

Do they have a restaurant at the hotel? Is reservation required?

The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but we offer snack service at the Pool Bar. You can also use the Hotel Tarifa Lances restaurant.

Parking has an additional cost of €15 per night.

If your card has been declined, our team will contact you to resolve the issue.

We're close to the Tarifa bus station. Taxis can also be arranged from reception.

The parking access is located behind the main avenue with direct access to the hotel.

Check-out is at 12:00. Depending on availability, we offer late check-out. Please check with reception the morning of your departure; they will confirm availability and the additional cost.

How much does the Spa cap cost?

The cap for the wellness area at Hotel Tarifa Lances, which you can access as a guest of Hotel Event Tarifa, costs €3. Please note that access to the wellness area is an additional cost in addition to the cap.

Is the spa included in the price?

The spa is an external service at the Hotel Tarifa Lances, with an additional cost.

Do you offer options for special diets (gluten-free, vegan, etc.)?

Our breakfast is buffet-style and also includes a small menu with special dishes.

What documentation do I need to check in?

According to Spanish regulations, we require a valid ID document (DNI, NIE, passport, or identity card, including minors).

Are there non-smoking rooms?

Smoking is not permitted in any area of the hotel, so all our rooms are non-smoking.

Do you offer airport shuttle service?

What is your cancellation policy?

Flexible reservations can be modified or canceled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival during peak season. Non-refundable reservations cannot be changed free of charge.

Is there street parking near the hotel?

In the vicinity of the hotel, you can park for free in areas without yellow lines.

Where is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served on floor -1 of the Hotel Event Tarifa.

We have rooms with double and single beds. You can indicate your preference when booking, but allocation is subject to availability.
